It has no bad smell and customer service is nice but due to time difference a day or two passes before you get a response but they are really helpful. I would order again because the parting space is great and the lace melted perfectly when I installed as you can see in my picture and it was HD lace!! So that’s good.

I ordered a 13x4 28 in wig and it looks full. It has no smell. There is minimal shedding. The knots are small and the wig is pre-plucked and ready to install. The package also came earlier than I expected which was great!!! Thank you for the hair I received. It was exactly what I wanted. I will like to have more frontal wigs from this vendor.
