Daily Care Steps

1. Wash and deep condition your wig depends on the wearing frequency

<wear everyday - every week> <1-2/month if u wear it occasionally>

2. Detangle gently before washing, start from ends and work your way up the roots,

<wide tooth comb recommended> <be gentle>

3. No twist, No rub, No blow dry. Don't be exposed to the sun

4. If you play in the salt water, use fresh water to clean your hair timely. Same after GYM

5. Air dry naturally and shape the curls when hair still wet. Reference LCO tips

6. Keep your wigs on a mannequin head when not in use

7. Wrap it/ wear silk cap to prevent tangling before sleeping

Cap size is 21.5-22.5, you better measure your head size honey~

It's HD lace, not totally transparent, but it's very light color, it give invisible hairline

Please make sure gently detangle when you put hair conditioner after washing

At least 1 time / week if you waer the wig everyday

About Shipment

Within 1-2 days after successful payment, customized products need 3-5 days (color hair, 360 lace wig or full lace wig)

We will decide which logistics company to use based on your shipping address, usually FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS. The package will be delivered within 3-5 business days in the USA, and 5-8 days in other countries.

We cover all shipping fee, excluding shipping fee for returns.

Custom duties depends on your country custom policy, we usually put low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax. You can also tell us the value you want to declare when you place order.

Sorry for that, we do not have next-day delivery service at the moment, the fastest shipping time is 2-3 days.

Don't worry if your order's logistics status isn't updated right away. It may sometimes take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the status of the shipment, you can check after that.

About Cancel & Exchange & Return & Refund

Dear, If it has not been shipped, please contact us by email support@dnehair.com, we can cancel or change it for you. But you cannot cancel the order after re-delivery, if you don't like it after receiving it, please refer to our return policy to complete the return and refund. 

If your order is not shipped, we can change the address for you at no charge. If your order has been shipped, you need to pay an additional change of address fee, which is charged by the logistics company, not our company. Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee if you contact the courier privately to change your delivery address. Sorry, you cannot get a refund because the package has already been shipped. But after you receive the wig, contact us to return the package, you can get a refund

Due to the buyer's problems, the returning shipping costs will be borne by the customers. We do not provide return shipping labels. The return fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. (For details, please refer to DNE HAIR Return Policy)

We do not accept rejections without reason. If you refuse to sign for the package and it results in a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping and the shipping we paid for the first time. Any charges incurred during the return of the package will also be deducted from your payment. Therefore, we suggest that if you do not want a wig after receiving the wig, do not refuse to sign for it, contact us within 24 hours, and the DNE customer service team will reply to your message within one day. Finally, pls contact us before delivery because of (buying the wrong product/wanting to exchange, etc.), we will solve it for you.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If the package is correct and no additional charges are incurred, your refund will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 days.

Contact us within 4 hours after delivery, we will intercept the package and replace the wig you want. Otherwise, we cannot help you exchange it after this time.

Dear, any product pictures on the DNE HAIR website are taken by our professional team and hair stylists take care of the hair so the hair looks gorgeous, but actually the product on our website is the same product you received material. Usually, our wig caps have 2 adjustable straps at the back and 4 combs, so customers can adjust to the most suitable size according to your head circumference (it is best to measure your own head circumference first~) If you don't know how to adjust, please contact our professional consultants, we will provide you with solutions!

About Tax / Custom / Duty

The local customs of imported and exported goods conduct random inspections. Once customs clearance is complete, the package will be delivered within 2-3 days. Don't worry, if you have any questions, please contact us.

Each country has different tariff policies. The duty depends on the customs policy of your country, we usually mark the low value on the invoice to avoid potential tax. You can also tell us the value you want to declare when placing your order. If there is a tariff, you will have to pay it.
